Yayrator Glover
Chief Executive Officer
Yayrator Glover, the Founder and CEO of Yayra Glover Organic Inputs Ltd., is a graduate of the University of Zurich, Switzerland, with expertise in International Relations, International Law, and Political Philosophy. Driven by a passion for advocacy for the marginalized, he initiated organic farming in Ghana in 2007. His pioneering efforts aim to protect farmers' rights and ensure equitable participation in cocoa proceeds. Yayra as affectionately called, focuses on empowering farmers to transition to organic farming and diversify their farms through agro-diversification. His circular economy model incorporates regenerative systems to inspire organic production methods that enhance quality, increase sustainable production volumes, and benefit both society and the environment. Believing in the transformative power of regenerative models and symbiotic business approaches, Yayra envisions businesses as forces for societal and environmental good. His initiatives create opportunities to conserve the environment, improve farmer livelihoods, and align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Danstand Atubga Abugre
Managing Director
Danstand Atubga Abugre is the Managing Director of Yayra Glover Organic Inputs Ltd., bringing over a decade of accounting expertise and extensive experience across the cocoa, agricultural inputs, and importation sectors to his leadership of the company. A Certified Forensic Investigation Professional (CFIP), he holds an MBA from the University of the People and a degree in Business Administration, Accounting. Danstand's deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, combined with his strategic acumen and forensic attention to detail, has been instrumental in steering the company toward sustainable growth. Under his leadership, Yayra Glover Organic Inputs Ltd. continues to strengthen its position as a trusted supplier of quality organic fertilizers and pesticides to farmers and agribusinesses across the region.
Mavis Sangmorki
Deputy Managing Director, Operations
Mavis Sangmoki serves as Deputy Managing Director, Operations of Yayra Glover Organic Inputs Ltd., holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. With several years of expertise in agricultural extension services and internal control systems, she brings a proven track record of optimizing processes and ensuring operational efficiency. Mavis's hands-on field experience and strong grasp of internal controls have been vital in strengthening the company's operational foundation, supporting its mission to deliver quality organic inputs to farmers across the region.

Herman Nii Tettey
Accountant
Herman Nii Yeboah Tettey is the Accountant at Yayra Glover Organic Inputs Ltd., bringing extensive experience across internal and external audit in both the government and private sectors, as well as accounting and administration. He has served as Team Lead on numerous accounting and auditing engagements for clients across various industries. Herman holds an MBA in Finance from Sikkim Manipal University and a BBA in Accounting from Methodist University Ghana. He is a member of the Institute of Credit Management Ghana (CICM), the Institute of Directors Ghana (IoD), and the Institute of Internal Auditors Ghana (IIA), and holds a certificate in Forensic and Investigative Accounting and Auditing. He is currently preparing for his final examinations with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana.
